New Requirements
New to the conference this year:
All proceeds will be posted on IEEExplorer and all final accepted papers must meet IEEE standards.
Manuscripts
- Length
Initial submission manuscripts for regular papers must not exceed 10 single-column, single-sided pages, including figures and references. Initial submission manuscripts for short papers must not exceed 5 single-column, single-sided pages, including figures and references.
The final version of all accepted papers will be limited to 8 DOUBLE-column pages. If you absolutely cannot fit your paper into this guideline, you should discuss the matter with one of the Co-Chairs prior to the Conference. Each extra page, if agreed to by the Co-Chairs, is subject to a $75 charge.
- Margins
Use 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper and maintain the following margins: top margin of 1.0 inches for the first page and .75 inches for all other pages; bottom margin of .7 inches; left and right margins of .75 inches; text width of 7.0 inches; and text height of 9.5 inches.
- Type
Use Times-Roman or a comparable style. Text should be single-spaced or space-and-a-half. Do not use a font size smaller than 10 points.
Format
- Title
Center the title of the paper. All authors’ names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses should follow on separate lines.
- Abstract
All regular papers should include a brief abstract.
- Figures
Figures may be inserted in the body of the text or at the end of the manuscript. Figures should not exceed the dimensions of the typing area on the manuscript sheets, including captions.
- References
Include a numbered list of references at the end of the paper.
- Page numbers
Do NOT paginate.
